will not open before mid-november because of ramadan!!
Where in the quran does it say that ramadan is for staying @ home, sleeping like p**s and waiting for our hot delicious food by the evening???

trust me , its better than working in ramadan
if they weren't addicted to smoke they are addicted to tea or need their breakfast in the morning ( fatayer , flafel and such )
so ramadan mean becoming evil and bad mod , and if they aren't in a bad mode then they have a sterio with load Quran that you can hear all over the department
la la it has nothing to do with ramadan; this is they way they work from ages: accept the applications twice years, one of them in Nov weither it's ramadan or not.

Ghassan: i walked into the "3alaqat 3amma" and asked the guys in there and they said : oh the applications were supposed to be accepted in spetember but not anymore, maybe later.
My dad asked: how later.
The guy said: not before 15 november.
My dad said : why?
The guy said: we are doing nothing this ramadan!!!!!
Shopaholic: my family is complicated, dad wont rest before i apply to the gov. while mom is indifferent.. i am forced to do it :~/

On a similar story, some MP's are asking for the last 10 days of Ramadhan to be an official holiday. The reason is so that people can worship.
As far as i know, العمل عبادة
Why can't we work hard during those days, be honest with our customers and clients, not break the law, not use was6a, and be efficient at work despite the fact that Fasting can be exhausting while working. Don't you think God rewards as good for that?
Now I am not a religious scholar but I am sure there is a hidden verse only Arab governmental agency employees know about; it may be the same verse that says "but if thee cometh to work, thee arriveth at 10 am and leaveth at 2 pm"
Jandeef, i wish they stop being rediculous, i agree with you totally, it really doesn't harm working and fasting @ the same time, i mean some people may have medical conditions but not all of kuwait for god's sake!!
Jameed, Correction my dear, in the UK our embassy opens 11am and closes 2pm in ramadan, i love this verse though lol
