I'm sorry you went through that :( A word of advice, drink lots of soup, orange juice, and water to flush out the flu. Try to take small sips of piping hot liquid. But take them quickly, it doesn't help if you take 8 sips of piping hot liquid then it cools down to warm. Take like a 100 sips or something. Lastly try to inhale steam from your soup or tea or whatever, it helps, really. Oh and when going out into the cold, cover your nose and mouth area with a scarf or whatever. Try not breathe in the cold air. Hope you get well soon! Happy New Year!
